Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled training session to confirm your booking.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.
• To cancel or reschedule, please notify us no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after this period will incur full payment.
• Sessions cancelled due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., excessive heat, cold, or heavy rain) will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time. Please keep your contact details up to date for notifications.
• Refunds are not typically offered, but exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Training Packages

• All training packages must be completed within three months from the date of purchase.
• Unused sessions after this period will expire.
• If exceptional circumstances prevent you from completing sessions within this timeframe, please contact us to discuss options for refunds or rescheduling.

One-to-One and Group Classes

• Please report any accidents or injuries occurring during sessions immediately to your trainer.
• You are responsible for ensuring your dog behaves safely and does not pose a risk to others during sessions.

Children

• Children are welcome to attend sessions if supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• We cannot accept responsibility for children’s safety; supervising adults must ensure their wellbeing.
• Anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Dog Welfare

• Your dog must be protected against contagious diseases and treated for parasites.
• We cannot guarantee complete avoidance of disease risk at venues.
• Please inform us before sessions if your dog has been exposed to contagious illnesses or shows symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhoea, or coughing.
• Notify the trainer of any allergies, dietary requirements, or special needs prior to the session.
• We do not accept liability for any illness or exposure resulting from attendance.

Privacy and Photography

• Photographs may be taken during sessions for use on social media and marketing by Wagology Dog Behaviour & Training.
• If you do not wish your or your dog’s photo to be used, please notify us beforehand.
• Feedback provided may also be used for marketing purposes with only your first name referenced.

Disclaimer and Liability

• Participation in training activities carries inherent risks despite safety measures.
• By booking, you accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss to yourself, your dog, or others.
• You agree to inform anyone accompanying you that they participate at their own risk.
• Your dog’s behaviour remains your responsibility at all times.
