That is the whole ethos of “Wagology Dog Behaviour & Training”.
Hi, I’m Lisa & for the past 34 years I’ve been a dog guardian but to be more precise a ‘Springer Spaniel’ guardian, what can I say I’m a sucker for a Springer. I have more than 10yrs experience within the dog industry which includes voluntary work with North-West English Springer Spaniel Rescue (trainee rehoming officer/dog walker/trainer), SpanielAid UK (fostering) & more recently with Aireworth Dogs In Need.
A few years ago, I came across an ad for a little black & white Springer. Details said “Experienced Home”, great I thought I’ve got enough experience, so off I went to meet her. Well of course she came home with me. That little Black & White Springer changed my life forever. She was totally different to all our previous Springers; I decided the only way to help her & myself was to gain more knowledge, this lead me to enrol on a Level 4 Advanced Canine Behaviour Diploma which I passed with Distinction. I am very proud of what I have achieved to date not just with my studies but more importantly with Poppy. I understand all those challenges & little bumps in the road that can sometimes occur. Every dog is as individual as you & I, so they deserve to have that extra guidance, some more than others.
What about Poppy? Well Poppy is Poppy & she will always need that extra bit of care to help her in her environment. I have learnt what she needs & how to help her cope with certain situations. Without Poppy Wagology Dog Behaviour & Training would not exist.
What can I say Poppy & I have both come a long way together!

I have just completed a six week group training course with my 1 year old rescue dog. It was brilliant for improving his skills and obedience and boosting my confidence in handling him. The sessions are fun and Lisa is positive and encouraging. Based on previous dog training I’d attended with other dogs, I was not really looking forward to it, but these sessions became a highlight of my week and my dog Baxter loved them. Highly recommended!
